We are committed to ensuring a smooth delivery process for all orders. Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

- Australia: 5-14 business days

- New Zealand: 5-14 business days

- USA: 7-14 business days

- UK: 7-14 business days

- Canada: 7-14 business days

- Europe: 7-14 business days

- Rest of world: 14-20 business days

Rural or remote areas may experience longer transit times.

Please keep in mind that each order requires a processing period of 1-3 business days before it is dispatched. During this time, our team carefully prepares your items to ensure safe shipping.

Unexpected Delays:

While we strive to meet these estimates, external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Uncollected Parcels/Incorrect Addresses:

We offer free shipping on all orders, but if your parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failure to collect from the post office or delivery point within the carrier's time frame.

We can either:
– Resend your order (buyer pays re-shipping fee), or
– Issue a refund minus original shipping fee we covered on your behalf and any return fees charged to us by the carrier.

Even with free shipping, we still pay to ship your order, so we kindly ask you to ensure your address is correct and collect your parcel promptly to avoid delays or extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, changes, or modifications after an order has been submitted.

We encourage you to carefully review your order — including items, quantities and shipping address — before completing your purchase.

Why we have this policy Orders are processed and dispatched quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we are unable to make changes once an order enters our fulfillment process.
